Vanilla Frappé Iced Coffee

You’ll like this creamy Vanilla Frappé Coffee better than Starbucks! Ingredients

  • 8 ounces strongly brewed coffee (I like Seattle’s Best organic, decaff or regular)
  • 2 Tablespoons Xylitol, Erythritol, or Honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I like Rodelle or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon Kerrygold butter or coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoons organic cream, raw cream, or coconut cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Great Lakes Collagen Hydrosolate (optional)
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. In blender base, pour coffee, sweetener, vanilla, and butter or oil. Blend.
  2. Add cream and blend.
  3. Add ice and blend.
  4. Serve.

Makes two servings.
