Creamy Thai “Peanut” Dressing (Dairy-free, Nut-free)

This Creamy Thai “Peanut” Dressing (made with sunflower seed butter) by Detoxinista (adapted from Once Upon a Chef) is amazing!

1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon tamari, soy sauce, or coconut aminos
3 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water, or more for a thinner consistency
